We are recruiting - as a result of considerable client success and market growth, Rockhall Recruitment are looking to make a number of key hires in the coming months to support existing clients and continue to gain market share in its operating sectors, namely:
  • Oil and Gas Consulting
  • Management Consulting / Strategy Consulting
  • IT, Technology and Web

We are interested in hearing from a range of people including:

  • Recruitment researchers and resourcers - leading research and resourcing activities for existing client requirements, networking, building relationships and managing associated internal administration activities as required. Excellent bonus structure available for resourcers including a no-threshold, set % scheme for successful placements. (Could suit current consultants wishing to move into a resourcing role but with the ability to match or improve on current earning potential)
  • Experienced recruitment consultants and headhunters who wish to join a flexible, growing recruitment and search business where you will be involved in taking over ownership of some significant client accounts, developing and growing new business relationships along with the opportunity to grow your own team and move into a management/directorship level role in a small but entrepreneurial business. Salary and package will be commensurate with experience but realistic with longer term incentives.
